Hey, from Roy.

One of my major priorities right now is looking for a (permanent) stage venue I can call home.
The changes Brian and I are thinking for TERMINAL: THE PLAY are pretty radical in some respects.
Tickets are still available for BSU’s production of Cabaret — call @ 218-755-3935 for reservations M W F. (Our Tommy, Kim, and Sheila from TERMINAL are in it, too.) GREAT SHOW!!! (And this coming from a man who usually detests seeing musicals…)
The above mentioned play is also directed by Pat Carriere, who is not only part of my D&D group and the present BSU theatre department chair, but a good long time friend as well. I directed him years ago in THE CONFESSION (yep, and he’s listed as an original cast member with Mitch, too),. He later directed me in BURIED CHILD, and we both had a blast together in 1984 at BSU back in the day. Our last gig together was ONE FLEW OVER THE CUCKOO’S NEST two summers ago at the Paul Bunyan Playhouse. Nice guy.
PRIVATEER has been pushed back to May 1st for completion due to mutual scheduling conflicts. Nevertheless, the novel is coming along splendidly, and I’ve already got working outlines for the next two books in the contracted series.
OH, BABY keeps trucking along, as does THE ONE, which is going to go through a bit of an overhaul in the months to come.
Another book is also getting added to the current workload mix, stay tuned.
I’ve also picked up another film project (horror) that already has a west coast producer involved and another full length Sherlockian stage project as well. (Looks like I’ll be possibly be helping out with another Holmesian London-based production, too.)
Sorry, no new poetry lately. Read more »
